ROW FEATURED ON WGN DAYTIME CHICAGO

ROW Executive Director Tara Hoffmann visited Wednesday with WGN Daytime Chicago hosts Amy Rutledge and Ji Suk Yi, sharing about the benefits that rowing and team can bring after a breast cancer diagnosis.

"[ROW] members...emerge from fatigue, the anxiety and depression, and the loneliness that they might be feeling, the isolation of breast cancer treatment. Now they feel they are surrounded with friends, everybody understands what they've gone through, and they've really transformed, really become an athlete," Tara said of the camaraderie found at ROW. "We create athletes on the Recovery on Water team."
